Microsoft Scams

There is currently a major scam going around in which someone from the "Microsoft Support Team" may call you, telling you you have errors with your computer. This is a scam - Microsoft will never call customers. These people will try and get you to follow through a list of prompts, after which they will ask for credit card details in an attempt to make you pay for their "services".
If you receive any call of this nature, DO NOT follow their instructions - simply tell them you're not interested and hang up. It is very unlikely they will call back.
